The upgraded Big Beautiful Doll version of the VMAR P51D Mustang 40 ARF kit was released in January of 2001 and replaced the earlier D-Day version released in 1999. The new release incorporates better more-scale like graphics using the POLYCOTE ECS Enhanced Covering System where all rivets, panel lines and other detailing are inside the covering.  The VMAR P51D Mustang continues to set the standard for ease of assembly, time to finish, completeness, performance, value and low price! The VMAR Mustang comes packed in a colorful, sturdy box with all major components individually bagged.  A great deal of time and effort has been put into the VMA P51D Mustang ARF to minimize assembly time.
