- 20030630 Sample labels printed (without round corners) and applied to sample bottles.

- 20031228 Product Tested in Delta, BC. Works well. Noted that cure time is longer than similar in same class and type. More working time.
- 20040216 Labels loaded on Web Site for Factory use in printing finished product.
2. Known Problems & Actions Pending.
- 20040206 Need to add Bar Codes to label for back of the bottles. First printing will proceed without this. Bar Codes are something that we should move into in 2004 but for now we are proceeding without bar codes. Factory advised not to print too many labels.
- 20040206 Labels in mockup and artwork show square corners. These should be round corners in production with separate label for front and back. The wrap around design looks like we are trying to be very cheap and it does not save money or time in the long run.
- No TopFlap made yet. First production will be released without TopFlap. See bag information below.
- No Box made yet. First production will be released without box. Will need box for 6 of the 8oz sets or 12 of the 4oz sets. Label on outside of box.

4. File Formats and Download Times.
To see PDF files you must load the ACROBAT READER. This is available at no charge (FREE) from www.adobe.com. Use Microsoft Internet Explorer and Adobe Acrobat Reader to see PDF Files.
Some of the PDF artwork files are large. You will see some elements arrive quickly. Others will come in one at a time. Be patient. Do not assume the artwork is complete until you have allowed plenty of time for the download to complete.
The color and logos are a very important part of the product and presentation.
- VEPOXY Red (5 Minute) Color is C=0, M=100, Y=100, K=0
- VEPOXY Blue (30 Minute) Color is C=100, M=25, Y=0, K=0
Printing is to be overcoated with gloss varnish (UV protection type) on Labels to prevent fading under flourescent and sunlight in retail stores.
Factory can bag and seal into bags 4.5" wide x 9 inches tall and seal 1" from top. Top flaps can then be applied by distributor if desired. Both sizes fit well into these bags. Bag should be approx 4.5ml thickness. This bag used for years at Richmond RC with good results. (Bag #RRC-PP/RDE)
Make sure seal is not rough to allow for clean application of top flap.
Box to hold 6 x 8oz sets or 12 of the 4 oz sets. Bottle Front Label to be applied to front and top of box.
