2. Known Problems & Actions Pending.
- 20030110 Need to add Bar Codes to label for back of the bottles. First printing will proceed without this if not ready. Bar Codes will replace logo on back of bottle.
- 20030110 Labels in mockup and artwork show square corners. These likely will be round corners in production OR vimar may do a wrap around setup that has on label wrapping from back to front with square corners. Prefer design with rounded corners and separate label for front and back. The wrap around design looks like we are trying to be very cheap and it does not save money or time in the long run.
- 20030110 Bottle sample provided. Vimar must have bottle matched to available tip and then bottle must be produced. ETA approximately 2 months.
- 20030111 Logos & Colors released to Production.
- 20030111 Labels released to Production.
- 20030101 Box for 6 bottles released to Production.
4. File Formats and Download Times.
To see PDF files you must load the ACROBAT READER. This is available at no charge (FREE) from www.adobe.com. Use Microsoft Internet Explorer and Adobe Acrobat Reader to see PDF Files.
Some of the PDF artwork files are large. You will see some elements arrive quickly. Others will come in one at a time. Be patient. Do not assume the artwork is complete until you have allowed plenty of time for the download to complete.
The color and logos are a very important part of the product and presentation. The JPG logos are suitable for web sites... The TIFF logos are suitable for print media. Both JPG and TIFF files are available with the primary Color on White and the primary color in relief with itself (Color on Color)
- VCA Red (Thin) Color is C=0, M=100, Y=100, K=0
- VCA Green (Medium) Color is C=100, M=0, Y=100, K=0
- VCA Blue (Thick) Color is C=100, M=25, Y=0, K=0
Printing is to be overcoated with gloss varnish (UV protection type) on Labels to prevent fading in under flourescent and sunlight in retail stores.
6. Bottle & Canadian CRC Vial Labels for VCA Thin, Medium and Thick
Box Mockup to hold 6 x 1oz bottles supplied to Vimar. This will be diagonally perfed to allow for warehousing and retail display. Label will be outside end panel and on inside of extended ("higher") back tab for retail display. Box could be lengthend (deeper) to allow for 12 bottles per box but little cost savings. Head room will be provided to allow for possible childproof overcap in the future.
