    Uses:

30 MINUTE Z-POXY is a premium high strength two part epoxy adhesive. The 30 minute cure time allows a greater working time and increased pot life. Vibration resistant and fuel proof, this epoxy is perfect for all types of hobbies and crafts. Use it on all fire wall and engine mount installations, its perfect for attaching bulkheads and formers in epoxy glass fuselages and boat hulls. It does not get brittle with age and its easy to mix, just combine equal parts by volume. Handy to have at home for all types of fix-it jobs, great to have in the shop for all types of wood working and furniture repair.

    Helpful Hints:

30 MINUTE Z-POXY does fully cure in approximately 30 minutes, that means you will have about 15 minutes working time. To clean up any uncured or unmixed epoxy, use alcohol, isopropyl or methanol, either will work. Thinning of 30 MINUTE Z-POXY is possible in smaller ratios, thinning too much will alter the cured properties and may not produce an adequate bond. It is best to test the thinned epoxy, let it cure and adjust as need. Mix Z-POXY in a plastic cup or on a non porous surface like a piece flexible plastic. Only mix enough epoxy as needed, any excess epoxy cannot be saved after it has been mixed. Pot life and cure time will vary when the epoxy is thinned. Since epoxies cure by an exothermic chemical reaction, ( give off heat ) and heat can speed the cure of epoxy, mixing large amounts can shorten the pot life if not spread out right away. For a quick cure epoxy, use Z-POXY QUICK SET 5 MIN.
