    Uses:

Glue bottle kits are great for working with smaller amounts decanted from a larger bottle.

The PAC-NEC04 Micro Tubing is perfect for working with thin ZAP-CA. The Micro Tubing fits into the open end of either the standard ZAP-CA bottle or into the open end of a Z-End Tip. PAC-NEC04 is also included with PAC-ZENDS.

FLEXI-TIPS are for thin ZAP-CA and are offered in pack lots of 10 (PAC-NEC07) and 24 (PAC-ZENDSFLX) and are invaluable for applying CA into hard to reach places. FLEXI-TIPS also work well with Pacer Z-42 and Z-71 Thread Lockers for precise application.

Our PAC-NEC09 is a steel tip for long life in rugged usage and works well with Medium (CA+) and Thick (CA++) super glues.

    Helpful Hints:

Z-ENDS fit over the standard bottle ends of all ZAP glues. The tips of Z-ENDS can be cut back to deposit larger amounts of glue. Sometimes glue can build up on the outside of a Z-END, let it harden and it will pop right off leaving a clean open tip.

When using the Micro-Dropper tubing let the glue wick down through to the tube end, then gently squeeze the bottle to deliver a small drop of glue.

When using PAC-NEC09, if the steel tip becomes blocked, soak briefly in acetone or nail polish remover to soften the clog of dried glue and clear the tip. You can also melt stubborn clogs, by briefly heating the metal tip with a match,  lighter or soldering iron to clear the tip. Use caution when working with open flame.
